In an effort to simplify and streamline the process of notifying the school of your student’s absence, we have created a unique email address which parents can now use to send in their absentee notices. This will eliminate the need to call school and/or send in a handwritten note in the event of your child’s absence. This process became effective on September 24, 2018. The email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your child is out sick for 3 or more days, please contact our Student Services Secretary at 410-313-2844. We will collect work from the teachers for you to pick up only if the student has been absent for 3 or more days. If they are only out 1 or 2 days have them call a homework buddy from their class, and check each teachers CANVAS page.
A student arriving at school after 8:25am should report directly to Student Services.
The last unscheduled Early Dismissal time is 2:50pm on full days and 11:50am on 3-hour early dismissal days.
We will not call down students until their Parent(s)/Guardian(s) is/are physically present in Student Services to sign them out. This is to avoid students losing valuable instruction time and student safety. Students may not leave the building before being signed out.
